I wanted to share a review regarding my recent experience with your company. I initially met with Alex to discuss revamping my lanai and, although I had received several other quotes, his knowledge and kindness made me feel comfortable enough to pay the deposit and sign the contract. After signing, I looked at online reviews in more detail and became concerned. However, I spoke with Alex and another representative _possibly the owner) who reassured me and provided the requested license and insurance information. While we originally scheduled the project for a few weeks out, Alex was able to move my appointment up, which I greatly appreciated. During the revamp, the crew power washed, sanded, replaced all the screws, painted the structure from white to black, and rescreened the entire lanai. Although there was a slight language barrier with the crew, they were very helpful and addressed any touch-ups I pointed out immediately. Overall, I had a great experience. Alex even followed up with me on the final day to ensure everything was going well. My neighbors are already asking about the work, and I will be happy to share Alex’s contact information with them. The team of two people re-screened our entire pool cage including bolts where needed, door hardware and corner cables. They completed the job in about 6 hours. Had our decades old screen refurbished by Modern Pool Cage Painting. This included a thorough intense pressure wash, removal of rusted hardware replaced by new ones, thorough prime and paint job, brand new screens, 2 new screen doors, pressure wash pool deck, etc., etc. From the time we met the representative Alejandro to the time the crew showed up and completed the job in 2 days -- everything was done smoothly, efficiently and professionally. Although they are located in Sarasota they do serve the Tampa Bay Area. Highly recommend this company.
